Make and n8n work the same way, through external flows and hooks: a flow can start a Make scenario or an n8n workflow at its webhook address, and either can start a flow through that flow’s own hook. n8n can also sign what it sends.

AI

Choose hosted assistance or models on your own infrastructure. Laya and Jev provide structured decisions for classification and routing; assistant providers help with drafting and conversation.

Managed plans include hosted AI: open models served by DigitalOcean in the United States, with names, emails, phone numbers and IDs pseudonymised before every call. Self-hosted, a local model keeps everything on your server. Or connect your own key. Where AI runs

More provider choice. DigitalOcean, Groq and Mistral AI offer compatible endpoints for the OpenAI-compatible connector. Model access and supported features depend on the provider and your account.

We set these up with your team, starting with a pilot at your school. Each entry describes its scope, and we validate it with your provider before you rely on it. Jira and Excel stay on the plan until their consent setup is complete.
